a sad day in music
this makes me so sad.
i've never heard the music of either band, but i've heard OF both of them. hell, pantera is legendary in metal. and this is just so unbelievably tragic.
the security at smaller venues is just horrific. no metal detectors, and very rarely am i ever patted down or searched. something like this happens, and it's obvious that security needs to be tightened.
a respected guitarist AND fans - gone. what a waste.
when tragedy involves the music community, it hits me extra hard.
we've lost too much talent this year...
(expect another entry from me later)
