more than just a leitmotif
my car can (supposedly) be fixed. there's so electrical wiring problem that i guess they missed the first 2 times around. so yeah, another $200-300 will be plunked down for this. and i am NEVER going to feel safe in this car again. driving 7 hours to and/or from ohio, on I-80, by myself, at night, in a car that dies at any given moment? right.
i will have spent $1000+ fixing this car in the past 3 weeks. the bluebook value for it is anywhere from $3000-5000. something just doesn't add up, now does it? paying 1/4 of what the car's worth to fix it? um...no.
i REALLY would like a new car. like this one.
purrrrty, isn't it? if i can get it in that lovely burgundy color, i'll be a happy girl.

mer's got to find her sorry ass a job. i've applied for 12 today so far. like this one. it's 20 minutes from where i currently live and pays $10-15K more than my last salary. i'm an administrative goddess who's trained and semi-managed people, so why WOULDN'T they hire me?!??!?

i napped for about 4 hours yesterday afternoon. and cried. a lot. my life pretty much sucks ass right now. so in between my moments of self-pity and quality time with the fam, i did this:

did it at home. loreal-style. because i'm worth it. *snicker*

but i was SO meant to be a redhead, don't you think? hott like fiyah. if my interviewer is a male, i've got it IN THE BAG, baby! kidding. sorta. maybe. if you were a guy, you'd hire a cute redhead with a sparkling wit and effervescent personality, wouldn't you?
