welcome to that day
2004-09-08 
(second entry of the day)it assuring to know that even though i've been here almost 2 and a half years, i will still be assumed to be the one who dropped the ball -- even over the new girl of barely 3 months.
and, of course, it's also my fault that the newspapers weren't here this morning -- new girl's been picking them up for the past 2 months...i didn't realize that i should still be checking every day.
sometimes i realize that i got more respect in my college summer retail jobs than this.
in all of my previous jobs, there has been a DAY -- the pivotal moment at which i realize that my time a said job is drawing to a close.
welcome to that day.
