cupid and candy hearts and stuff
nothing makes me smile more than to see him smile. and i am happy to say that i did that yesterday/today.
he's the most amazing man that i've ever met. and i get to love him. how on earth did i get so lucky? i must have done something to gain some extra-happy karma points along the way.
tonight we're going to see mike doughty, who is dave's favorite singer/songwriter.

doughty is to dave, as howie is to meredith
(except that dave isn't lusting after doughty. i don't think. heh)
doughty on valentine's day. seriously, how most perfect is that for a dave-centric holiday? that would be like if taking back sunday, howie day and jimmy eat world all did a concert together on my birthday. hm. can that be arranged? it is going to be my 30th, after all.
although, i get 2 out of 3 in april.
but back to valentine's day. i've always referred to it as the evil love holiday of death, since i've had VERY VERY few good ones.
today is a HUGE exception. i'm a happy happy girl today. except for the fact that he is currently at my apartment, sleeping, while i am here at work.
WHERE IS THE JUSTICE?!?!?!
(at least i'm leaving early today)
