it's like not even getting a raise at all

another sucktastic day of formatting resumes, dehydration and very little food. when i got home from work and was faced with pasta, i couldn't even EAT it. i had been starving all day, but then just...couldn't even bring myself to eat.

i'm also very cold. extremely achy. and i've had a mini-migraine all day. coughing. i think i'm getting "the ick." the lack of sleep (plus scraping a quarter-inch of ice off of my car last night) is catching up with me, i think.

i got my christmas bonus -- $500. which after taxes, etc., leaves me with a whopping $284. w00t. and i got a raise. over the course of the next year, i will make $500 more than 2005. um, yeah. that's one HELL of a raise. an extra $19.23 per pay period...that's BEFORE taxes, medical, 401k, etc.

of course, this is all in theory, since i'm leaving the job in march anyway. but still. really. WTF? i can't even think about this all now. i feel like ass. i need some medicine. and some blankets.
