the first in a long line of mental health days
not fun. not relaxing. see also: last night's depressive entry.
i woke up at about 730 this morning (AGH!), wrote and responded to some emails...and eventually headed back to sleep until about 10am. i got my nails done (a purty french manicure with shimmery pink polish. not that you care, of course), did some grocery shopping, and came home. since then, i've been basically "lollygagging around" (as my father would say).
the sun is trying to peek through. there is finally some blue in the sky.
i'm trying to put everything into perspective. i am trying to back up off of the things that have been bothering me. i am not packing today. not at all. today is for me. i am attempting to reach out and make plans.
as usual, with every breakdown i have, the next day brings some sort of clarity and peace.
and so here i am. it's tuesday.
